Uckerkaas in Uckerland

We only rate the cheese here. We bought the varieties “red wine cheese”, “tomato basil” and “natural” and ate the four. In terms of taste, it was a catastrophe for us. Everyone here has completely different tastes, but everyone agreed that it was nothing. In addition, there is a plastic coating directly on the cheese despite the plastic packaging. And this at a time when everyone is trying to reduce plastics. Perhaps positive that there are so many varieties. However, this can also be a reason for the poor taste. Then rather fewer varieties and really good.

A small farm shop with a snack bar right next to the cheese dairy. In addition to the delicious, unusual cheeses (with coffee, fenugreek, etc.) there are other specialties from the region, from juice to wine to sausage and ice cream. The service has always been friendly. There is a rentable ballroom behind the shop.

Unfortunately no organic quality and no trace of animal welfare! I lose my appetite.

Tasty really great offers. The cheese and the ice cream, cake, etc. really top. Actually a reason to go there more often. Quite comfortable for a Sunday afternoon coffee break. Would not it be the unfriendly service? Although we were allowed to taste but were very crowded. "There are even more customers waiting." (Two clients and the time they took us was not 3 minutes). My child (5) was not responding when he asked something he was intentionally ignored. He also likes to eat cheese ;-). I bought at the end for 20 euros and annoyed me something about it. I would have liked to buy more but that was too stressful for me. Well I would say saved at the wrong end. A good seller in this store would greatly increase sales. ;) Achso still a small tip ... it is nice that the ice balls are so big but it would be even better if the ice cream waffles would fit. Unfortunately, they are too small, the ice falls out too easily ... Is also a strategy for making money when everyone has to buy twice the amount of ice because the first ball has fallen .... But no customer-friendly. I am very disappointed and unfortunately many guests have seen it outside.

We went to the weekly market in anklam - there we were sold cheeses with an expired best before date (intentionally !!) There was no response to the email! Attention when buying - always better twice Check old goods !!! Never again!!!

It is well signposted and therefore easy to find because the shop looks very nondescript from the outside. But inside it's bigger than expected. There are not only the many delicious varieties of Uckerkaas here, but also other regional products. There is also a small snack offer as well as ice cream. The Uckerkaas strawberry is particularly recommended. Sounds strange at first, but tastes very good.

Perfect stopover on our bike ride. Very friendly service, fair price and delicious cheese. We were allowed to taste half the cheese assortment before we had our wish rolls prepared. Our dining tip: the Uckerkäse Luise-Henriette. Mmmmh. Tip for cyclists: there are toilets with shower

Unfortunately, our enthusiasm is very limited! Although we were served friendly on the ground, but financially pulled over the table. When we checked everything at home again, it turned out that the cash register front and back was wrong, positions were not listed, but for double amounts were calculated elsewhere. A small trial amount for decision-making was 1 kg !!! calculated. A conciliatory agreement on the phone was not possible; our objection to the totally overdrawn bill was not accepted. Food is a matter of taste. Uckerkaas does not really taste that good either, and according to the business conduct described above, our conclusion is: Thank you, never again!
